The LDI implements a core curriculum that prepares professional nurses who work in a variety of roles and specialties to serve as leaders in both their professional and personal lives.

LDI Fellows reflect the diversity within nursing roles and can include staff nurses, managers, advanced practice nurses, case managers, researchers, educators, and administrators. The curriculum provides nurses with knowledge, behaviors, values, and skills necessary to be an effective leader in the 21st century.
